Waffles :D

Waffles for breakfast? yes :-) avoid the syrup in the plastic bottles with all the processed sugar-sorry Mrs. Butterworth! Opt for Grade A :-)

I am ridiculously indecisive. waffle #1=strawberries, banana  & a bit of  store brand cool whip xd waffle # 2=chocolate almonds & grade a maple syrup. My waffles are the Kashi blueberry kind!

NOT my pizza. this pizza looks awfully greasy lol. But this is a post about pepperoni :D Fact: I love pepperoni pizza.
Fact: Traditional pepperoni is incredibly tasty. It also incredibly high in fat. Ick. Not a beehealthy pizza topping at ALL
Fact: You CAN enjoy your pizza with pepperoni-opt for turkey pepperoni!
Today i picked up a bag of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni-only 4g of fat per serving, and 70 calories for 17 slices! That is awesome! And yes, that is for 17 slices-who has 17 slices of pepperoni on their pizza? I mean you could…I used about 12 for 2 slices…:p
Traditional Pepperoni has about 12 grams of fat and 135 calories for serving…yeah I’ll pass :p Turkey Pepperoni is just as delicious, and much healthier for you! :-)

I love sweets…my favorites :-)

So I’m a HUGE sweets person. I know that sugar is the enemy-it seriously is. Eating sugar makes you crave MORE sugar. I love when I can find a good naturally sweetened dessert, but I will be honest-most of the time, I do eat real sugar. I try to keep my dessert portions small, & pay attention to calories & fat, and all that good stuff everyone loves. NOT :P

Another controversial topic-artificial sweeteners. I will admit, I do eat things that contain them. I will also admit, I do not consider them to be the healthiest things under the sun, but I just try to be mindful, and consume products containing them in moderation. 

Anyhow, the purpose of this blog post was to fill you guys in on my favorite sweets…

Vitatops:

I loooooove 90 calorie Sugar Free Chocolate vitatops-the cute little muffin tops you can get in the frozen foods section at Target (and maybe other places, but that’s where I get mine). love love love. I usually eat one as part of my breakfast, and dip it in milk. omigoodness, they are just…heaven. I love how the chocolate chips get all melty and gooey and wow! soo awesome :-) again, I eat them as part of breakfast, but you could easily substitute them as a decadent dessert. 

Special K Cereal- vanilla almond & chocolatey delight:

They are both so so good :-) I have introduced all of my friends & family members to Special K Vanilla Almond and they’re hooked too. awesome stuff :-)


Kashi Bars-Chocolate Coconut Flavor

I ADORE these! the top is so delicious & sweet, it reminds me of the icing on a chocolate (and coconut LOL) frosted cupcake! sooo amazing 

Lara Bars

Chocolate chip cookie dough flavor-enough said. Can you tell I like chocolate? :p

Cliff Bars

They come in all kinds of delicious, yummy flavors. These are natural energy bars-great for on the go! Now they have seasonal flavors-the pumpkin pie for fall is awesome. I just purchased the holiday season “Gingerbread” kind, I will let you guys know how it tastes! :-)

Fig Newman Cookies

Healthier Version of Fig Newtons. love :-)

A cookie whose name I cannot recall-:p

Okay, I know this isn’t helpful.  But I’ll describe it. and maybe you can find it? If not, I will ask my friend who gave them to me :p Kraft makes international cookies-these are polish, triangle shaped chocolate covered apple fig cookies-AMAZING!!! only 110 calories for 3 cookies, I usually indulge a little more and have 4 LOL 130 calories for dessert is fine by me :-) i will get the name, you guys MUST try them! sooo great

Beverages:

Hot chocolate-I’m a fan of Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa. In fact, I add it to my coffee & then put add some coffee mate sugar free vanilla or vanilla caramel creamer-tastes heavenly :_)

Ice Cream:

Skinny Cow Ice Cream

I just did a video talking about Skinny Cow-I love their products. The ice cream sandwiches are pretty great. I like the cones the best-the vanilla caramel cones are great! I also like the ice cream cups. They fill the cup up to the brim, so you feel like you’re getting a lot of ice cream, even though it’s only about 5 oz. I have only tried the strawberry cheesecake flavor, but it is awesome! :-)

Breyers Ice Cream

I like Breyer’s, because they keep things simple, and aim to use natural ingredients. By the way, I’m aware that a lot of the things mentioned on here are not “natural”. I’m not claiming to be the perfect eater-I’m just saying that natural is something to aim for :p
